Waiver

The Dance Centre is owned by Monaro Dance Centre Pty Limited (ACN 117 540 128).The Company leases or hires the studios where classes are held and our teachers are employed by the Company to conduct Dance Classes. Our teachers are only available to supervise students during Class times inside the studio. We do not supervise students outside their own Class times. Parents are responsible for the arrival of students in time for class and departure at the finish of the Class. The Dance Teacher does not supervise students who remain at the studio between classes. Parents should make arrangements for adequate supervision at those times. Parents must remember that they may have to pay compensation if their own child causes injury or accident to another child or property. All students at Monaro Dance Centre participate in dance activities at their own risk. Our teachers will provide a safe environment for the classes and strive to do so at all times. Monaro Dance Centre teachers will not be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur during our classes.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge all responsibilities and will co-operate with Monaro Dance Centre in providing a safe environment. I will treat all others involved with Monaro Dance Centre fairly. As an adult, I will behave honestly and with integrity toward teachers, students and other parents. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for all fees and charges associated with student participation at Monaro Dance Centre and will pay these fees by the due date. I understand that there will be penalties incurred by paying after the due date of the account.
